The villa is 2 bedrooms & 2 baths. The rental rate is $375 per night, with a minimum 2 night stay, plus $85 cleaning fee & taxes. The maximum number of people per villa is 4 & no pets. With your stay you get complimentary wine tastings for up to 4 people, 2 bottles of wine & the use of your very own golf cart for transport here on the vineyard grounds. The villas are completely furnished with television, dishware, cookware, Keurig, gas grill & wifi. Booking requests will be followed by an email invoice for a $250 Security Deposit. Payment must be made within 24 hours to complete your booking. Failure to make payment will result in a cancellation of reservation. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES Guests may check in to their villa by 3 p.m. on the date of their check-in by stopping by the Chateau Meichtry Tasting Room. Payment-in-full is due upon check-in. Guests are asked to check-out by 11 a.m. on the date of check-out. Security deposits will be refunded within 48 hours, barring any damage to the villa.
